TRYOUTS FOR 2024-2025 SCHOOL YEAR
*Tryouts are completed for the 24-25 Season.
Dates:
Who is exempt? Players who have been on Lake Travis Varsity for 2 or more years and/or State Qualifiers
What do Varsity/JV Players Typically Shoot at LT? (Varies From Year to Year)
Boys: Varsity between 72-82 from the back tees/JV between 82-92 from the blue tees.
Girls: Varsity between 72-85 from the white tees / JV 95-105 from the red tees
*We will not base the teams solely on tryout scores. We will take into account outside of school tournament scores, past performances, attitude, grades, etc...
All players trying out should be familiar with basic etiquette and rules of the game (i.e. Penalty Area options, cart path relief, ground under repair, lost ball options, what to do when you hit a ball out of bounds, etc.)

Due to course availability we will take between 20-30 boys and 15-20 girls.
